Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of PrepPath, an online exam-preparation service ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PrepPath creates a personalised, day-by-day IELTS or GMAT study plan, links to selected third-party learning material, and provides AI-generated practice quizzes and AI feedback on IELTS writing.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One account is for one student and may not be shared or resold.

3. Payment

Full access costs a one-time fee of ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes), processed securely by Razorpay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Fees are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. AI feedback and results

AI scores and feedback are practice estimates only. They are not official IELTS or GMAT scores. We do not guarantee any exam result.

5. Third-party material

Linked learning material belongs to its respective owners. We only link to it and are not responsible for its content or availability.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute PrepPath content or plans.
• Do not misuse, overload or attempt to bypass the service's payment or security controls.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
