Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital access is final

PrepPath is a digital service. All digital access fees are final once the study plan is generated. Because your plan and access are delivered instantly after payment, we do not offer cancellations or refunds after that point.

Exceptions

We will refund you in full if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase, or
• Money was deducted but your plan was not unlocked due to a technical failure we cannot fix.

How to request

Email yerpudeharshada@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 3–5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
